Unity Developer with Security Clearance

Start Date: 2/26 Program Mission: Will be part of a development team primarily focused on developing serious games and training applications. You will be a key member of an agile scrum development team working closely with fellow programmers, game designers, subject matter experts, and artists on developing serious games and virtual trainers for the Army and other DoD customers Minimum LCAT Requirements: LCAT Job Title: Journeyman - Engineer Group 4 Years of Experience - Specific to the LCAT : Journeyman - 3+ years with a BA, or 9+ years without Senior - 10+ years with a BA, or 16+ years without Certification Requirement - n/a Education Requirement: Bachelors Clearance Level - Secret, can start with an Interim Required Technology Skills: C /C experience If senior level - Need experience with either Unity or Unreal Engine game developer experience Daily Responsibilities: Interact with team members, customers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop an application using the Unreal/Unity 4 and 5 game engine Contribute creatively to the application design and development process, from prototype to delivery Develop and test code, fix bugs, profile, and optimize code Follow best practices, development processes, and coding standards Document and peer review technical designs with other software engineers Write efficient code with descriptive comments and maintain attention to detail Take ownership of work as a highly motivated self-starter Possess a demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload, manage time efficiently, and work in a small team environment Hybrid position with about 1 or 2 days on site as needed for meetings TSG is an equal opportunity employer.
