Asbury Heights is seeking a Unit Manager to join our team. We are a leading senior living community that is committed to providing exceptional care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of a nursing unit
- Ensure that all staff members are providing high-quality care to residents
- Develop and implement care plans for each resident
- Monitor and document residents' conditions and progress
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents' needs are being met
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing management role
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
