Floorplan Xpress, a national leader in the automotive commercial finance industry, has an opening for an Underwriting Resource Analyst at our Corporate Office in Englewood, CO. Floorplan Xpress provides inventory financing for independently owned car dealerships across the country.


The Underwriting Resource Analyst will obtain all proper documentation for loan applications and verify accuracy of information to submit for underwriting approval. The Underwriting Resource Analyst will be responsible for ensuring all documents and applications comply with Floorplan Xpress guidelines.

The ideal Underwriting Resource Analyst will have good business sense, be very analytical, and possess strong communication skills. The Underwriting Resource Analyst will accurately and efficiently review credit application decisions based on the company policies. Requirements:

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar position.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possess strong decision-making skills and ability to grasp key points.
  • Ability to move between tasks quickly and efficiently.
  • Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, thorough, and detail oriented.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to ask questions and set priorities.
  • Able to work independently.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.


Compensation details: 23.5-26.5 Hourly Wage
