Unclaimed Property Associate

Deposit Operations Supervisor

Summary

All activities related to identifying and reporting unclaimed properties and deposit collections processes.

Job Requirements/Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Basic communication skills
  • Prior banking experience a plus
Primary Activities

(Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.)
  • Monitor communication channels from customers and financial institutions for requests to close accounts and collection of check items outside of the normal return window
  • Perform due diligence and processing for collection requests
  • Perform research and due diligence activities for unclaimed property
  • Remit unclaimed property reporting and payments to state entities
  • Perform additional duties as required or assigned
