We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, and dedicated Permanent Ultrasound Tech to join our innovative team in the medical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality ultrasound services to our patients, contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Ultrasound Tech, your primary duties will include:

1. Performing high-quality ultrasound examinations in accordance with established protocols and standards.
2. Providing clear and accurate documentation of findings for review by physicians and other healthcare providers.
3. Maintaining and operating ultrasound equipment in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring optimal performance and patient safety at all times.
4. Assisting in the development and implementation of new protocols and procedures to enhance the quality and efficiency of our ultrasound services.
5. Participating in quality assurance activities and contributing to the continuous improvement of our ultrasound services.
6. Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure the delivery of comprehensive, patient-centered care.
7. Providing education and support to patients and their families, helping them to understand the ultrasound process and any associated findings.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Tech, Ultrasound Sonographer, or Ultrasonographer.
2. Current registration with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
3. Demonstrated proficiency in a wide range of ultrasound procedures, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging.
4. Excellent technical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
6. A patient-centered approach, with a commitment to providing compassionate, respectful care.
7. The ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
8. A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning, with a willingness to stay abreast of the latest developments in the field of ultrasound technology.
