Relevant Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience with UKG (Kronos) WFC and Dimensions functional and technical areas like Timekeeping, Scheduling, Mobile App and System configuration in a Retail, Logistics or Manufacturing environment
Technical/Functional Skills
- Migration from WFC (Kronos) to Dimensions is a must
- Experience working as hands-on technical lead:
- Providing technical solutions around WFC / Dimensions ecosystems.
- Experience with SaaS solutions integration, security, network, platform architecture.
- Practical knowledge related to Business principles (Payroll, General Ledger, Accounting).
- Experience working on various modules of Kronos and Dimensions (Attestation, Analytics, Accruals, Extensions etc.)
- Knowledge of technical principles, practices, and procedures to implement and maintain system solutions.
Experience Required
- UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group)
- WFC (Work Force Central)
- WFD (Work Force Dimensions)
- Migration from WFC to Dimensions
- Integration using Dell Boomi or WebMethods
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Consultant (Defining the solution, leading team of Consultants, Migration, Cutover).
Generic Managerial Skills
- Participating on scrum teams and delivering architecture solutions as part of an Agile project delivery methodology.
