Ready to make a splash and grow with a purpose-driven team? We're looking for Crew Members who bring a bright personality, a passion for learning, and a knack for customer service. You'll dive into the world of car wash operations, maintenance, and more. Collaborate with our fantastic team and make a difference every day.

How You'll Make an Impact:
As a Crew Member, you'll cross-train to be excellent in each of our roles, including Greeter, Loader, Unloader, and Cashier. Your role is all about:
Customer Service: Be the friendly face of Splash In, answering customer questions, and handling membership sales.
Operational Up-time: Perform maintenance, repair equipment, and keep our site running smoothly.
Reconciliation: Manage POS systems, cash, inventory, and more.
Punctuality, Hygiene, and Diversity: Be on time, maintain personal hygiene standards, and work effectively with diverse teammates and customers.
Appearance and Cleanliness: Take pride in keeping our lot, car wash, and equipment in top shape.
Administration: Keep your paperwork and work station organized.

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Experience in customer service and sales
Capable of working outdoors, assisting customers, and upselling products
Ability to lift 30 lbs.
