Job Description
General Summary The Tunnel Supervisors' main function is to provide direction and support to their Team Members at points of entry to the stadium in security screening positions. They are primarily focusing on meeting the needs of the client/venue, and patrons; solving problems, and identifying needs and concerns from a customer service perspective.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for making sure Team Members welcome all stadium NFL personnel and guests to the venue.
  • Responsible for overseeing proper screening of at all points of entry into the stadium following established and trained company security screening standards.
  • Provide on-the-spot training, mentoring, and coaching of tunnel personnel on proper security protocols.
  • Establish good working relationships with NFL officials, Stadium employees, Production staff, and Law Enforcement personnel assigned to tunnels.
  • Responsible for making sure no unauthorized access is allowed into the building through assigned areas.
  • Responsible for making sure Team Members have an understanding of where they are in the stadium so that they can direct guests appropriately.
  • Must communicate effectively via radio to command, management, and other employees.
  • Maintain compliance with all Argus company policies and procedures.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

Critical thinking skills

Team Player, connects and works well with others.

Must be personable and proactive in assisting guests with the highest level of customer service

Willingness to make an annual commitment to the Stadium for scheduled events.

Must be able to work outside in all types of seasonal weather

The ability to handle high-pressure situations

Must have proper radio etiquette

Must be able to go through Supervisor Development Training and acquire a guard card.

Physical Demands of the Job

Must be able to move in a quick, energetic manner. Long periods of standing and constant movement around the event area are expected on event days.

Must be able to abide by Argus and venue dress code policies.

Psychological Demands

Moderately stressful with constantly changing demands and imposing deadlines. Must be able to give and take direction from different teammates professionally.

Working Conditions

The fast-paced environment at the venue during event days. Longer hours/days are necessary.
