Job Details

As a Trusts & Estates Attorney, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Advising clients on the laws and regulations pertaining to trusts and estates.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and executing legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and deeds.
3. Providing expert legal counsel on estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters.
4. Representing clients in court proceedings if necessary.
5. Collaborating with tax professionals to ensure proper tax planning for trusts and estates.
6. Conducting legal research and staying updated on changes in trust and estate law.
7. Consulting with clients on estate planning strategies to ensure the efficient transfer of assets to beneficiaries.
8. Assisting in the resolution of family disputes concerning trusts and estates.
9. Providing ongoing legal counsel and support to clients as their personal and financial situations change.
