We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded Trust & Estate Associate to join our thriving legal team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in trust and estate planning, tax law, and estate administration. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional to apply their skills to service our clients and shape the firms overall growth strategy.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert legal advice on trust and estate matters to ensure our clients' assets are managed and protected effectively.
2. Draft, review, and interpret estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
3. Administer complex estates, including the preparation of estate tax returns, and oversee the distribution of assets.
4. Collaborate with tax professionals to develop tax-efficient estate plans and strategize on complex tax issues.
5. Conduct legal research and stay updated on current laws and regulations related to trust and estate law and tax law.
6. Represent clients in probate court and handle probate litigation.
7. Communicate effectively with clients, providing them with regular updates and ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be licensed to practice law in Florida, NY is a huge plus.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in trust and estate law, estate administration, and tax law.
4. Proficiency in drafting and interpreting complex legal documents.
5. Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
6. Exceptional communication and client service skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in an understandable manner.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
8. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
9. Must possess the highest level of work ethics and integrity.
