Currently seeking a full-time opportunity for a Tax & Estate Planning Paralegal. A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred for this role. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

A minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience is required, with a substantial background in finance or accounting.

Probate estates

Accountings and Inventories:
Preparation of accountings and inventories for probate estates, trusts, and guardianship estates
Trust Funding:
Preparing stock certificates, deeds, and other property transfer documents to fund revocable and irrevocable trusts
