U.S. Xpress is looking for experienced truck drivers who want to earn more as a Certified Career Coach. As a Career Coach, you can earn extra cash on the road, have priority access to freight and can expect an average up to 2500 miles per week. You'll be paired with a student to help ensure they have the skills they need to upgrade to a first seat driver. We're accepting Career Coach applications for both OTR and Dedicated drivers.
