Responsibilities and Duties

As a Regional Truck Driver for Keller, you can expect:
Customizable home time - Most drivers are home 3 out of 4 weekends
Average pay $1300-$1700 weekly (Based on driving experience)
$0.03/Mile productivity bonus
Our 'All In' CPM average for experienced drivers is $0.58 - $0.63
Annual pay increases
You park your truck where you live. (Come to Defiance, OH for orientation, maintenance, and the occasional load, but that's it.)
Guaranteed Weekly Pay Program of $1000 (This is the absolute minimum you will make every week).
$20/hr. after 1 hour detention time
Quarterly Performance Bonus and Weekly Safety Bonus
Average miles per week 2,400-3,200
9 times out of 10, know your next dispatch before empty
