The Treatment Counselor is responsible for completing pre-screens, biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and substance abuse treatment to assigned clients in accordance with Volunteers of America (VOA), Division of Mental Health and Addictions (DMHA), The Department of Child Services (DCS), Medicaid, Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and grant providers' standards.

Applicants must have a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field. The individual must be working toward obtaining Indiana state licensure or be licensed in the State of Indiana. Two years of experience providing services to clients affected by the child welfare and/or criminal justice system and/or working with mental health or substance use disordered population(s), is preferred. Preferred will have one of the following licensures or plan to obtain one of the following: LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or LCAC.
