What You'll Do:
- Lead and Inspire: Direct a skilled team of financial professionals, promoting a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and personal development.
- Manage Money Movements: Oversee critical financial transactions including payroll wires, ACHs, and client payments to ensure seamless operations.
- Strategic Oversight: Act as the primary contact for payment discrepancies and banking relationships, driving strategic initiatives and process enhancements.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced: At least 5+ years in Treasury Management, preferably within a PEO environment.
- Educated: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Skilled: Advanced proficiency in Excel and a proven track record of optimizing workflows and automation.
- Versatile: Experience with Prism/Sage Intacct highly desirable.
