An exceptional opportunity has arisen within their Treasury team as they seek to fill the position of Treasury Manager. In this role, the Treasury Manager will spearhead treasury operations, oversee cash management, cultivate vendor partnerships (including banking, armored courier, and merchant services), assess treasury services, optimize corporate and travel card programs, supervise gift card management, and fulfill additional duties as delegated by the Director, Corporate Treasury.

We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Treasury Manager to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to demonstrate your skills in treasury management, financial analysis, cash management, and corporate card programs. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the financial management of our company, ensuring the smooth operation of our treasury function and contributing to our overall financial success.

Responsibilities:

As the Permanent Treasury Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Performing financial cost-benefit analysis to guide decision-making processes.
2. Monitoring central treasury contracts, keeping track of expiration dates and renewal pricing to ensure continuity and financial efficiency.
3. Managing daily cash operations, including preparing daily cash analysis reports, performing daily cash reconciliation, and initiating payment requests via electronic funds transfers.
4. Administering, maintaining, and overseeing the corporate and travel card programs, including monthly reporting as directed by the Director, Corporate Treasury.
5. Opening and closing bank and merchant accounts as necessary, ensuring optimal financial management.
6. Managing and maintaining the gift card programs, ensuring optimal processing and financial efficiency.
7. Reviewing credit card activity, billing/fees, and providing monthly reports to ensure transparency and accuracy.
8. Implementing, managing, and maintaining treasury services such as file transmissions, fraud prevention tools, reporting, etc.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Treasury Manager position will have the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in implementing, managing, and maintaining treasury services.
3. Extensive experience in treasury management, financial analysis, cash management, and corporate card programs.
4. A Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) credential is highly desired.
5. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a treasury role.
6. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Proficiency in using financial software and systems.
