On-Board Engineering is hiring a Traveling Plant Maintenance Excellence Strategies Implementation Manager in Houston, TX.

Position Details:

Position Type: Full-Time

Job Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid, 3 days in office and 2 days remote when not traveling)

Benefits: Paid time off, paid holidays, and health benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K

Compensation: $85/hr - $95/hr based upon qualifications.

Requirements

Over 10 years of experience in Oil, Gas and/or Chemical Industry

Past experience as Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Manager is a must

Strong knowledge in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)

Led or participated in past implementations of Work Management Process in SAP

Communicate clearly and assertively

Ability to Influence people when not in power position

Availability to travel around 75% of the time

Hybrid Work - 3 days at the office (when not traveling) and 2 days remote
