Hotel Construction Superintendent
Hospitality construction management firm seeks self-motivated individual for Superintendent duties on national hotel projects.
The ideal candidate would be very well-organized, and have 5-10 years' experience in commercial construction.
To be considered you must have worked on a minimum of one hotel project.
Duties
- Duties require a responsibility for both site and Building supervision on projects up to 10 million.
- Computer literacy is a must.
- Familiarity, with scheduling software a definite plus.
- Project Bonus and long-term employment depends on project success and ability to travel.
