Echo Sonographer needed for Fargo, ND.
Hospital setting
8 hour shifts. Start times of 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM. Staffed/call one weekend/month along with another staff member. Both clinic and hospital.
Call one day/week.
Perform inpatient and outpatient transthoracic echocardiograms for both adult and pediatric patients.
Occasional stress echocardiograms and assist with transesophageal echocardiograms.
Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.
Machines:
Philips Epiqs, Affinity's and IE33's. GE E95 and Vived E9
Reporting systems:
Epiq Cupid - reporting
Sectra - Cardiology PACS
Required skills and minimum years of experience.
Graduate of accredited program with at least three year of experience
Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required.
BLS - must be AHA
RDCS (PE) or RCS
Shift or schedule requirements.
Mostly clinic and hospital shifts ranging from start times of 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM.
Staffed/call one weekend/month along with another staff member
Call one day every other week
Will work alone only after hours if called in
Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.
500 bed hospital
5 outpatient clinic rooms
Dress Code:
Grey Scrubs or provided light blue scrubs
