ID: Shift: 8H Day Description: Description Sterile Processing Tech - MANAGER - Unit will schedule interviewsStart dates are 5/6 & 5/205X8 40 hour schedule This role supervises a team of SPD Supervisors, Team Leads, and Education coordinator. The Sterile Processing Operations Manager coordinates, supervises, and participates in daily activities of Sterile Processing. The Operations Manager facilitates Centra's strategic plan, maintains quality and safe patient care, promotes a service-oriented environment, and functions within budgetary guidelines. In this role, the Operations Manager plans, organizes, schedules, monitors, and leads the work of individuals and groups to attain desired results. This position selects and develops staff to promote a healthy work environment.Required Qualifications: Required Education: High School Diploma / GED Required Experience: Five (5) years of Sterile Processing experience. Three (3) years of leadership experience. Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office. A positive communicator and interpersonal. Conflict management skillsPreferred Qualifications: Preferred Education: Bachelors Degree Preferred Experience: Seven (7) years of Sterile Processing experience, five (5) of years leadership experience. CHL, CER, or CIS. Instrument-tracking software experience Guaranteed Hours: Contract Weeks:91
