Job ID Comment: MANAGER IS ONLY ACCEPTING 1/8 START DATE AT THIS TIME ALL COMPLIANCE DOCS DUE 7 DAYS BEFORE START DATE North Mississippi Medical Center is a 650+ bed, level 2 trauma, teaching facility IVS AUTO OFFER WITH 3 DAYS OR LESS RTO AND NO HOLIDAY RTO Registered Respiratory Therapist, 12H Days 6:45a-7:15p with 30 min unpd break. Floating is required. Flex schedules with no set schedule of consistent days. Will work what unit needs. No self scheduling. Minimum of every other weekend req. No on call. Will work holidays as needed. Declinations for COVID and flu Vax is approved for Medical and Religious reasons. Accepting approved CCH declination form with profile submittal. If HCP declines, they will be required to wear mask at all times with the exception of mealtimes. Fingerprinting process must begin within 48 hours of offer acceptance Must not have worked perm or per diem for NMHS within the last 12 months Required with submission: Covid and Flu status Full DOB and SSN RTO - Holiday coverage expected with minimal RTO. Must have: Must be registered Must have MS state license (will accept pending license with proof of application IN PACKET) Must have BLS and ACLS Must have MINIMUM 5 years RRT experience Travel exp is preferred Floating is required where needed typically therapists work critical care, ER, Step down, med and surg floors RRT s handle ventilators Special Equipment and Unit Specifics: Draeger Vents, GEM 5000 ABG machines, Transports; Weaning; Nebulizer, Expansion therapy, oxygen therapy, oxygen protocol, ABG s, arterial puncture, bedside PFT s, Resuscitation, in house vent transports, BIPAP, CPAP. of beds on unit: 50 Pt Pop: adolescent, adult, geriatric Pt Ratio: RT patient ratio changes t/o shift, average is 15 patients every 4 hours EMR: SCM/Allscripts, moving to EPIC in April Scrub: Ciel Blue Footwear: N/A BR: 75
