Job ID WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK EVERY OTHER WEEKEND IN LICENSE AND CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUBMIT 18-week contracts available First Time Travelers Accepted Shift Requirements: 3x12 or 4x12 Every Weekend; Holiday Requirement: 2/3 holidays that fall within contract Certification Requirements: ACLS, BLS, RRT, NRP (req for those placed in L&D, determined by the client, traveler can obtain once offered) Indiana State License PALS preferred Skillset Requirements: NICU, PICU, Vents 18 months minimum experience required, Servo I, Servo U, Hamilton G5 Floating Requirements: May be assigned to PICU, NICU, and Peds, and floating to any of the 3 specialties can occur. May also float to IU Health North Hospital Minimum Experience Required: 18 months of recent NICU or PICU experience required EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; TRAUMA 1 EXPERIENCE IN CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL IN LAST YEAR REQUIRED Unit Information: Unit Information: NICU or PICU experience required. Home unit of NICU, PICU, or Peds will be assigned once at the facility but can be changed based on the need of the facility. Candidate MUST WORK 2 out of 3 major holidays.If 1 position is available, we can allow 3 submissions at one time.18 months exp. required, however please refer to job description for any exceptions made depending on the unitLicense: For start dates 2-4 weeks out, must have IN or compact license in hand. For start dates 4+ weeks out, must have started the IN/compact licensing process to be submitted. 2 supervisor references requiredICU, PCU, M/S, OR, and their pediatric specialty equivalents residing in the state of Indiana are considered local and will be accepted at the local rate.All Other Specialties within 50 miles are accepted at a lower rate.Floating is 100% required of ALL TRAVELERS - Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital/s near by Certs required please see job description/unit description to find list of required certs depending on unitNo specific charting required for any IU health positionsBill rate please see job for posted bill rateBackground Policy to be noted prior to submission so we can seek approval prior to offerAny PERM or PRN employee of IU must be away for 12 months before applying as a traveler
