Preferred Qualifications o IV certification. Minimum Requirements o ARRT registration. o Current Rad Tech license in state of practice (if working in Utah). o Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare providers. Physical Requirements o Carrying, Hearing/Listening, Lifting, Manual Dexterity, Pushing/Pulling, Seeing, Speaking, Standing, Walking.
