PS Companies is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for an immediate opening in Portage, WI. This is a full time 13 week travel contract position.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
Active WI PT License
Masters Degree in PT
Home Health Expcerience
Experience with Adult/Geriatric population
Netsmart EMR
Ability to clear a drug screen/background check
BLS Certification
