Requirements:
- PA License
- 1 year' experience
- Experience with USP 797 and USP 800 required
- Successfully completed NAPLEX required
- Hospital experience required
- Critical Care experience required
- Cardiac, OB, NICU, PEDS experience required
- BLS
- PharmD or PGY1 preferred
