ID: Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (09:00 - 17:30) Description: MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1 year-prefer full year of lymphedema experience, will accept first time travelersPATIENT POPULATION: Hospital-based Outpatient Lymphedema services. Located at our outpatient rehab dept. Work with OTs/OTAs, PT/PTAs and SLP on a prn basis along wound care clinic. Also work with compression fitter and lymphedema vendors that support the lymphedema patient population. See a mix of patient populations requiring lymphedema care. Clinic includes OTAs, PTs,/PTAs, SLPs & diabetes educators along with a 55.000 sq ft wellness center. Working with young/middle adults to geriatrics, mix of diagnoses. Check out our center Requirements: BLS, OT must be certified in lymphedema, licensed in the state of Georgia (IN HAND). Need outpatient experience (acute inpatient preferred), EPICSCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: May consider other scheduling options: 32-40 hours a week, shift can be 8 hrs, 9 hrs or 10 hr but 8s and 9s preferredRTO: ONLY MINIMAL RTO WILL BE APPROVED AS UNIT NEEDS 4 DAY A WEEKDAY COVERAGE AT MINIMUM-Blocked Scheduling is Not Guaranteed WEEKENDS: NoneFloating: NoneHOLIDAYS:If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it.
