Requirements: - OK License
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in an acute operating room environment or employees with less than one (1) year of acute operating room experience may substitute experience with the completion of department orientation or completion of RN residency program
- AHA BLS
- CNOR preferred
- Graduate from an accredited school school of nursing required
- Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program preferred
