Required Qualifications
DIRECTOR OF CASE MANAGMENT

DCP Planning experience
Good at building reams and relationships.
recent acute care hospital experience in a leadership role
Union staff experience

Preferred Qualifications
2 refs within past 3 years- 1 for travel experience
Travel experience within last 3 years in skillset
