Tele Med Surg Travel RN
Plan, execute, and evaluate patient care plans in consultation with the health care team.
Evaluate medical information and provide direct care to pre- and post-surgery patients.
Monitor patients' vitals and report adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner.
If necessary, respond to medical emergency and alert appropriate team members.
Flexibility to travel to the assignment location.
Availability to work the facility's required schedule.
Willingness to complete onboarding items in a timely manner.
Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and strive for the highest quality of patient care.
Also referred to as: tele m/s registered nurse, tele medical surgical nurse, telemetry nurse, telemetry medical surgical nurse, telemetry med surg nurse.
Job Requirements
1+ year of experience as a Telemetry Med Surg nurse
Graduate from an accredited nursing school
Current state specific RN license in good standing, or if applicable, a compact state RN license in good standing
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
