Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - MS/Tele 3 MainShift: Nights/ 7p-7a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week, EOW & EOH
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements: - OH/Compact License in hand
- Minimum 1.5 years recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
- AHA ACLS
- AHA BLS
- Acceptable score on ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate
Every other weekend and every other holiday.
Cleveland Clinic- Hillcrest Hospital - Med/Surg Tele RN
Night shift, 3-12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am
Minimum of 18 months RECENT PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
AHA BLS & ACLS required.
Orientation time (32-40hrs)
ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
Others:- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
