- Profession: Diagnostic Imaging - Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Unit: Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Shift: Mon-Fri 8:30a - 5p; Call: approximately 6 evenings and 1 wknd per month - Start Date: 06/03/2024 - Job Duration: 13 - of Positions: 1 - Description: - MINIMUM TWO YEARS IN GENERAL NUCLEAR MEDICINE REQUIRED - Epic EMR experience preferred - GE gamma camera experience required (Infinia, Infinia with Hawkeye, and Discovery) - Nuclear Medicine Information System experience (PINESTAR) - Capintec and Biodex Dose Calibrator experience - Xeleris 2.0, 3.0, Mirada processing software, MIM Vista software - McKesson PACS and Epic EMR experience - Patient volume: 6-20 patients per day, may float to outpatient center - Call schedule: approximately 6 evening shifts and 1 weekend per month - Required certifications: NMTCB (CNMT) or ARRT (N) Registration, DOT certification, CPR (AHA) - Graduation from an AMA approved Radiology/Nuclear Medicine Technology program required - Perform technical exams accurately and timely - Preparation, administration, disposal, and documentation of radiopharmaceuticals - Maintain equipment quality control - Schedule exams, verify physician orders, maintain records - Safety-sensitive position - Minimum Years of Experience: 2 - Guaranteed Hours: 40 - Orientation Hours: Not specified
