ID: Shift: 8H Day Description: Comment: Facility will ACCEPT LOCALS for this position. ALL RTO requests must be in the packet at the time of submission. Anything sent after, will not be approved. LOCAL RATE: $64 Behavioral Health Therapist/Social Worker needed. Monday- Friday 8-4 or 9-5. Must have experience in a hospital setting with behavioral health patients. Active MD/Compact license required at time of submission. If they DO NOT have MD license, please do not submit, they will be dropped. COVID vaccine required. Medical Declination accepted, Must have signed and authorized documentation from Physician in packet or submission will be dropped. Flu Season begins 10/2/2023. Any candidates starting after 10/2 must have their Flu vaccine or a valid Medical Declination prior to starting. Flu does not need to be in the packet at time of submission, however if they do not receive it or provide a valid medical declination prior to starting, they will not be able to start. Manager to Interview and offer. UMMs will not accept professionals that have attended one of these schools identified by the DOJ. These include: Siena College in Broward County, Fla, Palm Beach School of Nursing in Palm Beach County, Fla, Sacred Heart International Institute in Broward County, Sunshine Academy, Quisqeya School of Nursing, Quisqeya Healthcare Academy, Florida College of Health, Ideal Professional Institute and Med Life.
