Occupational Therapist - Home Health - (OT - HH)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1702.42 - $1961.49
OT needed ASAP for 13 weeks Position will be working under Homecare department and requires driving to patient homes in personal vehicle. Requirements: Current Occupational Therapy certification by the National Board of Certification of Occupational Therapy One year experience in acute care, extended care, rehabilitation, mental health or outpatient setting. Eligible to be insured under the Medical Health's Liability Policy with DMV Report (and minimum age 21) Proof of current auto insurance coverage (no business exclusion) Licensing Requirements: Current Occupational Therapy certification CPR Certification
Required Qualifications
Current Occupational Therapy certification by the National Board of Certification of Occupational Therapy
One year experience in acute care, extended care, rehabilitation, mental health or outpatient setting.
Eligible to be insured under the Medical Health's Liability Policy with DMV Report (and minimum age 21)
Proof of current auto insurance coverage (no business exclusion)
Licensing Requirements:
Current Occupational Therapy certification
CPR Certification
Current CA driver's license.

Occupational Therapist in Inpatient and Long Term Care Hospital settings. Traveler will float between two units as needed. Epic experience required.
Must have:
-Current CA OT license
-Current BLS
