Travel Agent

We are seeking an experienced and motivated travel agent to join our team. As a travel agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their dream vacations, whether it's a relaxing beach getaway, an adventurous safari, or a cultural immersion in a foreign city. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a knack for creating unforgettable experiences.

Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to determine their travel preferences, budget, and any special requirements.
Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to create customized travel itineraries.
Book flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel arrangements on behalf of clients.
Provide recommendations and advice on travel destinations, attractions, and visa requirements.
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the trip.
Stay up-to-date on travel trends, industry developments, and destination information.
Manage client accounts, including invoicing, payments, and maintaining detailed records.

Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, including popular attractions, accommodations, and transportation options.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
