Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the Trauma Department's Performance Improvement and Patient Safety Program.
- Ensure compliance with care protocols and standards.
- Review the continuum of care from prehospital to discharge.
- Manage trauma registry, data analysis, and benchmarking.
- Utilize strong computer skills and hospital informatics.
- Demonstrate networking, public speaking, and customer service skills.
- Minimum 3 years Manager/Director-level acute care experience in trauma.
Qualifications:
- Florida RN license with BSN.
- Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, TNCC Instructor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and trauma program requirements.
