We are currently seeking an experienced civil engineer for transportation engineering projects in our State College, PA office.
Responsibilities:
The Transportation Project Designer will participate in the planning and design on transportation related projects. The primary duties will be to support Senior Project Engineers in a variety of tasks in the field of transportation design.
Requirements:
- BS degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 10-15 years of experience in the civil engineering field
- Transportation design experience required (preferably with PennDOT)
- Ability to effectively communicate orally/written at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple assignments
- Experience with design software tools including MicroStation and/or AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required
