We are currently seeking an experienced civil engineer for transportation engineering projects in our State College, PA office.

Responsibilities:

The Transportation Project Designer will participate in the planning and design on transportation related projects. The primary duties will be to support Senior Project Engineers in a variety of tasks in the field of transportation design.

Requirements:

  • BS degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 10-15 years of experience in the civil engineering field
  • Transportation design experience required (preferably with PennDOT)
  • Ability to effectively communicate orally/written at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Experience with design software tools including MicroStation and/or AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required
