Transplant Coordinator

Job Description: The transplant coordinator is responsible for collaborating with the healthcare team to develop theory-based patient care for patients undergoing organ transplantation from referral through posttransplant follow-up. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Active RN license Active CCTN (Certified Clinical Transplant Nurse) or CCTC (Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator) Required to sit for CCTC within 2 years and pass within 3 years of hire. Experience in nursing and transplantation and a global transplant nursing perspective with a focus on long-term outcomes. 2 years critical care experience - Preferred.
