Transition Coach

Will provide community based assessment/career exploration, employment classes and training activities, job development, job placement and job coaching services for transition consumers in school-to-work transition programs. Minimum and Additional Requirements Bachelor's degree in Vocational Evaluation, Rehabilitation Counseling, Technical or Adult Education, or Psychology, and two years of rehabilitation or related experience. A high school diploma and related experience may substitute for the required bachelor's degree. If invited to interview, please obtain your Official 10 year driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles to bring with you. Official transcripts will be required to verify college degree. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Vocational Evaluation, Rehabilitation Counseling, Technical or Adult Education, or Psychology.
