Are you an experienced Transactional Associate Attorney looking for an exciting opportunity to elevate your career? Our dynamic legal firm is seeking a dedicated professional well-versed in transactional law, particularly within the real estate sector. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex transactions, contribute to high-profile cases, and provide strategic counsel to our diverse clientele. Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents including contracts, agreements, deeds, leases, and other legal documents.
  • Provide legal counsel to clients on matters related to real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on potential risks and legal implications.
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop and implement legal strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and dispute resolutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends related to real estate transactions.
  • Ensure all transactional documents and processes are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and strategic counsel.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with at least 2 years of experience in transactional law, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional documents.
  • Strong understanding of real estate law and transactions.
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
