Summary CHENEGA BASE & LOGISTICS SERVICES, LLC Fort Campbell, KY The Training Support Services Analyst shall provide advice and assistance to the Commanders and staff on matters related to personnel policy and readiness, personnel accounting and strength accounting, awards and decorations, personnel actions and RESET programs. Responsibilities Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) personnel to prepare and deliver Strategic Deployability Courses that includes US Air Force Air Mobility Command air load planning and Unit Movement Officer (UMO) programs of instruction (POI) to designated Soldiers and leaders at the Strategic Deployability School, Building 6088, Fort Campbell, KY. Design operations and logistics related training curricula and develop specific POI within the context of a life cycle training management approach. The course curricula shall be designed for delivery in the operational/classroom environment. Contractor shall identify and define requirements for systems embedded training; determine TADSS (Training Aids, Devices, Simulations and Simulators) requirements and coordinate development of TADSS materials. Develop associated POI materials and prepare specialized Training Support Packages for use at Ft. Campbell, KY. Develop and maintain up to date POI IAW US Army Transportation School and US Air Force Air Mobility Command. Historically, annual reviews of the POIs are conducted during the AMC Affiliation Workshop. Provide specialized instruction for rail movement tie-down teams based on requests from the units. Contractor shall conduct specialized pallet-build classes as required to assist units with training their Load Team personnel. Work closely with the AMC ACLP Program Manager to ensure the most current courseware and materials are being used and recommend any improvements/adjustments to the course POI or Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). Maintain close coordination with G3 Training for class scheduling and allocation and Army Training Requirements and Resource Systems (ATRRS) entry. Maintain class rosters and statistics on class attendance. Must be able to support instruction of a maximum of two (2) classes running concurrently in support of unit mobilization efforts. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma or GED. Minimum two (2) years of experience in HR on matters related to personnel policy and readiness. US Army Transportation School and the US Air Force Air Mobility Command (AMC) Certified. Shall have been certified in 80 hours Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC), and 80 hrs. Unit Movement Officer Deployment Planning Course (UMODPC) by the US Army Transportation School, Fort Gregg-Adams, VA. Shall possess a certificate of graduation from AMC Contingency Load Planning Instructor Preparation (CLIP) Course or AMC / A3MM approved equivalent. Possess a valid AF Form 9 as certified Air Load Planner and have completed Air Mobility Command Air Contingency Load Planner Instructor Command Job Qualification Standard (CJQS) requirements. Have or had a Contingency Response Wing (CRW) or Airlift Control Flight (ALCF) special experience identifier code, or be a prior Air Mobility Command, Military Airlift Command, or Strategic Air Command Instructor, Load Master, or Boom Operator. Possess an active Secret Security Clearance. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledgeable and experienced with the Defense Readiness Reporting System Network Unit Status Report (NETUSR) and Force Registration software. Experience in developing and tracking personnel plans and programs; HR policies; and maintaining and providing suggested changes to HR regulations, policies, and messages from DA, HRC, and FORSCOM Knowledge in personnel accounting and strength accounting. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products. Ability to read and interpret documents and comprehend instructions. Ability to effectively present information to management, employees, and government personnel. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Shall have knowledge of applicable regulations, manuals, and forms used for rail / convoy / military shipping containers and Transportation Coordinator's Automated Information Movement System (TC-AIMS). Experienced with Integrated Computerized Deployment System (ICODES) database and files.
