Training Specialist

Overview Spathe is currently searching for a Training Specialist, Entry Level to join our team in the Fayetteville, NC area. Spathe Systems is a rapidly growing SOF led, 8(a) defense contractor headquartered in Tampa, FL with offices in Fayetteville, NC and strategic partner locations in Virginia Beach and Coronado. Responsibilities Services include the development, delivery, and/or coordination of training courses and materials that address specific agency needs. Possess thorough knowledge of appropriate hardware and software (ex: PCs, Microsoft(MS), Windows, MS Office, and applications such as from SAP and PeopleSoft). Understand computer functions and related technical terminology and how they are applied in everyday business situations. Possess exceptional interpersonal skills and superior oral and written communication skills. Develop and revise courses and prepare appropriate training catalogs. Prepare instructor and student materials. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience Bachelor's degree in relevant field Clearance Required: TS/SCI Job Type: Full Time Work Location: One location - Fayetteville, NC Travel: Up to 10% travel during the year.
