Duties Provides situational awareness in support of rotational unit training. Provides feedback in support of rotational unit training. Conducts real time monitoring and tracking, data collection, computer operations, database validation, radio communication, video product manipulation and training analysis and reports. Interacts with rotational training unit by performing higher staff functions and dissemination products to facilitate the training event. Coordinates with other analysts and subject matter experts to provide common operating picture. Develops storyboards utilizing analysis tools to provide feedback to rotational units to capture trends and lessons learned. Assimilates data collected during rotational unit exercises into usable information for instrumented after action review. Develops products for formal and informal feedback through after action review, distributed training media and briefings and prepare take-home pack for rotational unit. Requirements Conditions of Employment This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time. This position requires shift work to provide coverage on evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations. Employee shifts are rotated on a regularly scheduled basis. The duties of this position require the incumbent to possess or obtain and maintain a valid Military Driver's License. OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: education or business administration. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.
