MEG serves a vital role in supporting the IBS Enterprise, providing continuity in skills crucial to support military operations. MEG integrates the talents and skills of team members to form an IBS Enterprise Support Services Team to provide world-class IBS customer support. The IBS Trainer will serve as the focal point and technical expert on all matters relating to IBS Training to include materials, format, and delivery methods. The trainer will develop processes to periodically review content for technical accuracy and format and coordinate with respective SMEs to update materials. The trainer will establish communication across internal SMEs and stakeholder organizations to ensure training solutions meet or exceed standing and emerging requirements. In addition, provide train-the-trainer sessions to CCMD representatives, Service components and FVEY team members and provide assistance in integrating training into respective programs. This position will leverage user and student feedback to effectively analyze training and develop recommendations to enhance the value of products and delivery methods for end users. REQUIREMENTS Security Clearance: MUST have a minimum of TS/SCI clearance Travel will be required
• Three (3) years supporting data dissemination architectures, i.e., UHF, Over-The-Air (OTA) Paths, SIPRNET/JWICS/NSANET/STONEGHOST Global Information Grid (GIG)
• Three (3) years supporting IBS inter-Service Interoperability; understand IBS architectures of other services and Five Eyes collaborating nations to enable leveraging of existing capabilities to support joint and coalition warfighters
• Three (3) years supporting IBS Tactical Display Processors (TDPs), IBS Radios, and IBS Exercise Support tools.
• Three (3) years supporting IBS message processing capabilities of Tactical Data Processor (TDP)
• Three (3) years supporting military or industry training programs.
• Three (3) years supporting Learning Management System (LMS)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Advanced research skills

• Documented competency on training and briefing, with an emphasis on explaining complex technical processes to senior leaders and operators
