Performs instructional design. Developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars. Developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and materials of a technical nature. Required Experience Five years of experience planning and managing training development for large programs. Bachelor's Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree or equivalent. A Master's Degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted. 3 years of SIGNIT related experience within the Intelligence Community. Required Skills Designs, develops, and revises complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature. Current certification through National Cryptologic University (NCU). 5 years training experience with digital signals processing. Experience with curriculum development and maintenance. Experience with administrating virtual training. Ability to travel. SIGINT and C experience. Pay & Benefit Highlights Compensation Above market fixed salary or hourly pay.
