Job Description - Designs, develops, and revises complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature.
- Performs instructional design.
- Developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.
- Developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and materials of a technical nature.
Required Experience - Five years of experience planning and managing training development for large programs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree or equivalent.
- A Master's Degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience.
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted.
- 3 years of SIGNIT related experience within the Intelligence Community.
Required Skills - Designs, develops, and revises complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature.
- Current certification through National Cryptologic University (NCU).
- 5 years training experience with digital signals processing.
- Experience with curriculum development and maintenance.
- Experience with administrating virtual training.
- Ability to travel.
- SIGINT and C experience.
