AECOM is seeking a Traffic Engineer to be based in our Atlanta, Georgia office. This will be a hybrid role. This position is expected to begin around Spring 2024.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Design traffic signal installations, pedestrian hybrid beacons, rapid rectangular flashing beacons

Design signing and marking plans for small- and large-scale transportation projects

Design intelligent transportation systems such as camera installations, communications networks, and detection systems

Design intersection improvements such as concepts for turn lane additions, roundabouts, restricted crossing u-turns, etc.

Periodic travel required within Georgia and neighboring states
