Description Responsibilities: Perform a variety of maintenance person tasks in the restoration industry, including but not limited to: Door hanging and repair Tile laying and grouting Fixture installation (e.g., lights, faucets) Assembling furniture and other items Basic electrical work (e.g., replacing outlets, switches) Follow schematics and blueprints to complete projects accurately and efficiently Experience: Proven experience in a maintenance person role, preferably in the restoration industry Proficiency in various maintenance person skills such as door hanging, masonry, tile laying, fixture installation, and basic electrical work Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a team Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Requirements Additional experience or certifications in areas such as CNC machining or specialized electrical work would be considered an asset.
