Schedule: Full time, overtime available Benefits available after 60 days. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Operate track hoe to effectively complete all jobs assigned within designated time limits Prepare daily electronic time card for the project with multiple tasks, machines, and employees, including itemizing for proper billing Identify hazards associated with task assignments and ask questions when clarification is needed Maintain clean and safe work areas (sweep debris, gather and discard trash, remove snow and ice) Direct laborers and other employees to complete the job within the specified time limit Understand OSHA guidelines and procedures, as well as lockout/ tag-out procedures Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all safe activities to immediate supervisor and safety managers. Qualifications: Minimum of 2-year experience operating a track hoe Basement digging experience preferred Hardworking Dependable Must be able to show proof of age over 18 as well as prove identity and right to work in the US Must be able to successfully pass drug screening Must be able to lift, carry and transfer 50 pounds or more continuously Benefits: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance Supplemental Insurances 401(k) with company match Vacation pay Holiday pay Hadco Construction at this time does not assist out of state applicants with relocation fees.
