Job Details

To be a successful Tool Maker with us you must possess the following.

Tool Maker Responsibilities:
Manufacture and Maintenance:
  • Create, repair, and maintain precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures as per specifications.

Machine Operation:
  • Operate machines like lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC equipment to make tooling components.

Quality Control:
  • Use precision instruments to measure and inspect finished products for accuracy.

Collaboration:
  • Work with engineering and production teams to fix tooling issues and make improvements.
  • Keep the work area safe and clean, following safety policies.
  • Documentation:

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in tool making or related field
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints
  • Experience with operating manual and CNC machine tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
