Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Develop, design, and implement tooling and fixtures for various manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
2. Utilize 3D Design (Solidworks) to create detailed tool designs.
3. Collaborate with the engineering team to improve existing tool designs and develop innovative solutions for new projects.
4. Oversee the entire tool design process, from conceptualization to manufacturing, ensuring all designs meet quality standards and project specifications.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in tool design.
3. Proficient with Solidworks.
4. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
